cv joint fucked on alto!

well the seal on the tyre ball joint i believe is broken it has oil and grease pissed out everywhere - any1 know how to fix this? btw its a paddock bashger and i want a cheap way

sounds like you mean the cv joint for grease to spray out if so wrap some 2" 100 mile tape around it :D

You can buy the new covers for a few bucks. Repco do a generic one that fits a variety of cars. I guess you would use lithium grease.

thanks guys for the replys, yeah i was thinking some wide black electrical tape is that the way to go?

If push comes to shove, i used a plastic bag & cable ties once...

lol evil gidget did it even work that seems like a good idea. i might just try the tape or get a a seal from repco.
also i got in trouble from the neighbours around our farm because they reckon the alto was too loud so i had to put the exhuast back on it :cry: so now it sounds shit! i went rallying to and its sooo dirty... cya guys
