Thought i would sign up and say hello, hongster told me about this site at suzuki formums.

My current project is a supercarry van (F10A engine). So far i have fitted an Eaton M45 supercharger,1.5inch SU carb, 1.5inch tubular exhaust manifold, 1.75inch stainless exhaust and a set of 14inch alloys with 185/55/14 tyres. I am now doing the body work and hope to have it back on the road in a month or two.

something to have a look at see what you think http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3BLdltbTn5k

I am currently working on a amr500 setup for my f10a carry. I guess a 1.5 su is the go. Anyone no best way to deal with timing

There's not much you can do with the standard distributor because it has spring and vacuum advance. I tried mucking about with forced induction using carbies and regraphed distributors - then got the shits and shelled out for EFI. Expensive but made it infinitely more driveable and reliable.

Any adv/disadv using a ARM500 over Eaton M45.
