Can anyone tell me the name of this part?

The rubber mount for the gear stick that bolts onto the car.
As you can see, mine's a little worse for wear... :ugh: so i think i'll get a new one. Gearstick smashing exhaust is not a sound i like hearing.
Is it even a standard mightyboy item, i assume it is?

dont know the name put I went to a suzuki dealer spares dept and explained what it was and was given the cost to replace that part is the same cost has 3 schooners/ pots of amber fluid

the fulcrum brush on my sierra had completely dissolved into nothing
so suddenly i was stuck in 1st gear....
(not sure how a gradually dissolving part just died in an instant but it happened some how

Better late than never.
Part looks like it is called, housing, gear shift lever.
part number 28180-78002 (hatch 800 part number) and goes with dust cover part No. 28189-78000
