it may have bigger then stock tyres
specs site say 145/65R13 69H

its got 155/65/R13 tyres on it.

Thats only a fraction wider then their meant to be, surely that wouldnt make a difference?

Could be soggy suspension causing the problem, especially likely if it is all original.
