I've had a good look over the pics, man that's just crazy! It will go so hard when it's running, and the front end should be stiffer with all the extra welding around the rails.

Who's the engi that will be certifying the conversion if i may ask?

Cheers

Any idea what ECU you'll be using?

Megasquirt? I'm ordering one soon for my g/f's gramps's EFI Triumph project. Was originally a mechanical injection car. I'm also planning on using one for full comp control of ignition in my mighty boy, unless i end up shoe horning in a larger engine, then i may use it to run the whole shebang.

Nice to know it's getting engineered, if it's not too much, what are you estimating the cost to get it engi'd is going to be? My g/f has seen pics & is saying I WANT I WANT!

Cheers

microtec they are pretty spoy on out of the box i have previously spoken to one of the programmers
engineering should be straight forward but it will still cost between $300 --$500

Mine was out by a mile. Hopefully the base map for your motor is more accurate!

Great ECU though.

thats probibly cause your motor is a 800 instead of a 1ltr i went through all those excessive fuel problems with the 1ltr carb on my turbo 800

It wasn't just fueling issues but ignition curve and other settings too. I still need to install an oxygen sensor in the exhaust though.

The good thing about the 800 is that I don't need to meet any emissions standards. :P

That's a good idea, get it thru the engi report with as much standard bits as possible, then the vic roads inspection, then once you have it home, go nuts!

Cheers
