I have a Mighty Boy Turbo setup , requiring no Modification to fit onto a 500cc or 800 cc engine.
I dont really know specific details as i am no expert on it.
I bought it some time ago , intending to get it on the boy , but never got round to it.
It was taken out of a Working mighty boy and the turbo and all parts are in excellant working condition.
The entire setup should Bolt on stright requiring no mods.

What is this setup built from? Is it adapted from another turbo vehicle or is this actually the Suzuki setup seen on the Cervo Turbo?

AFAIK Suzuki never made a carby turbo engine, which perplexes me about the origin of this setup. I can't be sure about the first series Cervo, there doesn't seem to be any concrete technical information on them. Can't say I've seen a Suzuki carby turbo setup, but also can't discredit the fact that it "may" exist.
This setup includes the turbo, exhaust manifold, boost guage, piping, inlet manifold and surge tank. It doesn't include a carby, which worries me a bit because the standard MB carby isn't built to handle positive pressure.

I've seen what was supposed to be a factory turbo setup on a normal f5a donk. Think it may have utilised some crude efi system. From what I can gather it's probably the same as the systems which places like ichiban are selling. i.e. a f5a single cam turbo.

The F5A SOHC turbo engine from the JDM import Alto is Multipoint EFI, and that dates back to '86, if not earlier. This was used before the introduction of the twin cam DOHC variant.

Nope, the Charade surge tank is much different. However the exhaust manifold is cast, and will fit a Suzuki F series head, so go figure!

The guy i purchased it off , had the turbo running on a 800cc MB up in QLD last year.
As brayden said only thing you would need is a carby .
I am also not sure if its oil or water cooled so ill have to ask Brayden to answer that one.

The turbo in this kit looks like an IHI-RHB31, or a Garret equivalent. The CB61 uses its bigger brother the IHI-RHB32, which has a completely different bolting pattern on both the manifold flange and exhaust flange, so it won't make fitting your turbo any easier.
I have both of the above turbo's, and although they are only one model number apart, they are almost completely different in design. The 32 will require a custom exhaust manifold, whereas with the 31 you can get away with a factory F6A/F5A cast manifold on an F8B head.
As for the condition, well I haven't inspected it so I can only go off the photos. Impossible to know if the turbo is any good without a physical inspection.

Both the exhaust manifolds in this package will bolt up to an 3 cylinder F series engine, yes.
However a Charade turbo won't fit that exhaust manifold, and you'd still have to find some sort of carby that would accept the boost pressure without clapping out.

brayden, you misunderstood my post, i was saying i have a turbo charade carby...thats what i want to adapt to the inlet manifold via a spacer, i plan on using the exsisting turbo rusty has(as long as there is no shaft play i will be picking it up wednesday)
