There in a suzuki alto on ebay for sale that claims to get 850km per 30 litre tank. I find that impossible, the most i ever got with the standard engine was around 450km.
Just wondering what sort of kms do most members on here get out of there tank?

Here the link for ebay if anyone wants to see it for themselves:

I noticed that too - was wondering if it was possible.

My alto RSX 550cc twin cam turbo was getting 450kms on 25Litres (city driving), so I cant see how this car could do a whole 400kms more. Maybe 600kms tops?

Most I ever got out of my MB when it was N/A was 500kms, and it took 26.5L to fill it again (27L tank).

800km? No way, unless they always drive downhill and tow it back up!

mmmm
I think a little optimistic.

850km and 30L is about 3.5L/100km or 80mpg!!!!!!

My MB is getting between 4.6 and 5.2L/100km or 60ish mpg.
However most of my driving is about 80km/hr.

My Cappo gets between 400-450km on the highway with a 30 litre tank but down to about 300km around town. Probably due to driving style tho.

the most i have ever got out of the cappa is 400kms, when i used it as a daily use to get 350-370 out of a tank.

The best i could squeeze out of my 800cc mighty boy was 350kms around town to the tank, my g/f could stretch to 400kms a tank most times.

The only car i have ever owned that can do 800kms before a refil, is my EB GT Mockup. 4lt I6, 5spd manual. 68lt Petrol tank & 65lt LPG Tank. Fill them both, and i can get 750 average around town before i need to stop for fuel, and out on the open road, i've stretched to 900kms before filling up.

I think the dude is stroking it a little too hard :x  Maybe 400/600 town/open road is more likely.

Cheers
