Sup guys,

Did a quick search on this subject but didnt find anything useful.

I'm considering doing a square headlight conversion on my hatch and i have a few questions.

1. If i can track down a square headlight grille and square headlights, is it just a straight swap from the round ones?

2. Could i possibly use an MB square headlight/grille set up?

I'm undecided wether or not i like the round headlights, but i'm also not sure if the square ones would look any good. What are peoples thoughts on this?

Cheers

Should work, people have converted to round headlight and hatch grill, well the series one mb had them so i dont see why not.

I have a grill here with headlights if you would like. Pm for more details.

Cool, I'm wondering if theres any other modification required to fit them, as the holes where the headlights go that are behind the grill are round, not sure if that would affect anything though.

As for the grill and lights, are they for an MB or hatch?

Hmm... Not sure if the MB grill would suit the hatch :-k

Opinions anybody?

I don't know what Billie is smoking, because Hatch and MB grilles are not interchangeable.

Yes you can convert a round headlight Hatch using the SS80V square headlights, all you need is the grille, headlights and brackets.

Haha, thanks for that Brayden. I might look into getting the parts to do it, i guess if i dont like it i can always change it back.

lol one mb and one hatch, the hatch has no roof. If you need any body panels for your hatch or windows your welcome to have them (free). I'm eventually going to get it taken to the wreckers, but cant be f**ked lol.

Haha thanks mate, I'm right for panels and windows at the moment. You wouldn't happen to have the bonnet release button thing for the hatch would ya? It's such a pain in the ass to open the bonnet with a broken one
