Timing help

hey guys i have just put a new head on my mighty boy but i have no idea how to line up the timing marks to put the belt back on. is it something to do with the keyholes in the pulleys?? do they have to point a certain way??

All you need can be found in there. Assuming you have an F8B that is. I'm not sure, but it might be that same deal with an F5A.
