Can anyone else check to see if they can edit older posts? Obviously I can't check that with my new test account.
I have tweaked the permissions setting some more but they are seriously a confusing nightmare.

You know how foolish I feel right now? I've just noticed that you have two accounts:
rfburns and rf4burns
So the reason you can't edit older posts is because they were made with a different account!
