I have a heap of old cassette tapes that have all my 60s/70s music on, I want to convert them to cd or usb, is there a device or program out there that can do this?

also if anyone is aware or has a car stereo that plays tapes and cds and is am/fm could they let me know, I believe some of the BMWs and Fords had these, must be single din as I am not going to chop my dash around.
