Avatar size increase

I've just changed the avatar setting to allow 150x80px images. With the new forum layout I realised it looks much than having a large image in signature blocks, so I might eventually disable sig images if people prefer a large avatar instead.
Bonus is that unlike signature images the avatar image can be uploaded directly to the forum through the User Control Panel.
