Yep, it sure did make up for it's sins. Thanks again for the tow Tez! I'm still surprised how well it did!

I've got parts on order, will hopefully have it running again shortly. Probably with the f8b gearbox as well, I can't be bothered doing the head gasket while the engine is still in the bay, hurts the back too much! So I'll pull it all out, and fit up a new clutch & f8b box while I'm at it.

I just thought I'd update this for a laugh, yep, that's right, I still don't have the boy running properly. :oops:

Spent plenty of time, reconditioned the head, yada yada, still having issues....
