Need headlights
I gather you've currently got the original sealed beams installed?
If both blacked out at once then you've got a problem with your wiring.
If you've only lost one due to the filament shattering, then look up your nearest Ashdown Enterprises outlet in the white pages and take one in there so that they can kit you out with a pair of semi-sealed lenses. That way you'll only be after a H4 replacement globe (which are as common as they come) next time you black out.

or wander into your local Auto1 & pick up a pair of their funky looking multi-parabola-diamond-esque semi-sealed buckets. Looks trick & they should only set you back about $80 a pair, with a decent set of globes.
