Anyone with a Alto Works replaced their radiator? If so what with,

Its different to the Mighty Boy ones - outlets, so the civic ones wont work.

I bought a Swift alu one off ebay, but is too tall
I may be able to get them to make one based on mine, but obv i'd have to send mine to them - would anyone here be interested in a alu thicker version?

Think stock core is about 328x328,

The swift one I got is 350h 328w

More average pics http://s86.beta.photobucket.com/user/Go ... /Alto/Rads
And attached Alto v Swift

Think mine is the same as this - http://www.fenixautopart.com/UploadFile ... UZ1247.jpg ( 95-98 Suzuki Alto )

Ive contacted the ebayer - ASI and asked about a 'custom' one, which may be doable - if I can decipher the engrish

I don't see any reason you couldn't use a mini radiator like we do for MBs. The outlet at the bottom is in the same place and the inlet at the top roughly where the filler neck is on the Alto radiator. Should just be a matter of fitting a different upper hose.

I don't think you'll have many other options for something that small off-the-shelf.

Im sending the swift one back,
And sorta looking at getting them to copy mine, they want me to send it to China - so I'll see about getting one sent from JP to China instead.

Brayden, having the outlets in different places would just annoy me greatly.

I seem to have fixed my heating issue anyway, so I'm not rushing to find something (still have a 3rd stock rad spare anyway :P )

May have found a suitable dummy rad to send them from JP

But the EPC pic is a bit different

Should still be doable I think, I'll just make sure the ports are in the right spots, and measure up clearances around mine to build to.

What price would you consider reasonable?

Wow that's a bit steeper then I thought it would be, might try the mini one first, is there a specific seller everyone uses for the mini ones??

If $260-300 covers a custom core and tanks I'd say that's good value! Call PWR and see what they quote you.

Wheels - now there's something expensive. I can't get over the price of importing second hand wheels. $1000+ for a set of scuffed SSRs? No thanks!
