what are the ideal guages to have to keep an eye on everything ?? need to buy a tacho and figured i may as well get whatever else i need while i'm at it. :)

nah i wanna stick to good brands, MB is only n/a so i dont need to much i wouldnt think, i was thinking maybe tacho, replace the original gauges and build a custom dash with a gps speedo seems its out anyways, just wandering what else should be added, any other temp or pressure gauges ? :D (just for basic monitoring)

I would suggest pressure and temp for both oil and coolant, that way if anything goes wrong you'll know about it before you get into a 'steam pouring from the bonnet' situation :thumbup2:

Low Oil Pressure Kill switch wired into the Ignition circuit set at approx. 30psi.... requires a momentary switch to override on start up... we have one on the Hillclimb Mini Clubman

Alternatively. the sound of connecting rods exiting the block will be so quick that gauges aren't necessary & no further damage is possible. :roll: :roll:
