Is there anyway to find any marking to find TDC on a f10a in a supercarry ?
I just put my engine back in my carry but i cant seem to find any sort of markings on the front harmonic / front pully.

I'm not familiar with that engine, check if there is an inspection hole in the bellhousing (may have a rubber plug) as the timing mark may be on the flywheel. Otherwise you can work out where the mark should be by removing the valve cover (so the rockers/followers can be seen) & No.1 spark plug - wind engine over until you detect TDC with both valves closed then mark the front pulley with a paint marker. A screwdriver may be used to gauge the piston position with care.
So many delays to getting my MB back in order with 993cc & 5 speed transaxle... neighbor issue gone, donor shell up on rotisserie, new sheds on the way.... another project also..
