rs alto turbo front cut

Hi Guys i have found a person who has a front cut rs turbo alto with 5 speed box what should i offer him for it he bought it years ago for a project and just never got round to it'

Depends on how many kms are on the motor, and the age/overall condition of the cut. For low kms I'd start at max $2k and then work downwards the more kms that are added. If the dashboard is ruined then there's something else to haggle over.
