Hi Jack here I have a suzuki hatch 800 and my 2 speed auto transmission is starting to slip sometimes from 1st to second changes down to first fine .I have not really worked out a pattern to when it does it drives fine for a day then slips another day i think it will get worse over time its only done 45,ooo original kilometeres oil clean and is running TQF transmission oil But the seals in trans arejust old i think .The transmission might have to come out if it gets worse can the transmission be removed without taking the whole engine out together is there enough room to just slip it out through the top any advise would be a great help Jack.

It is much easier to remove the engine and gearbox in one hit. Trying to get the box off in the engine bay is a huge and unnecessary pain in the arse.

TQF is the wrong oil to be using in these gearboxes, which require Dexron IV.
That would explain the slipping.
