my coolant crossover pipe that travels under the gearbox and to the back of the engine is corroded badly at one end.. is there any reason why i cant make a replacement pipe up in copper?

Also i ordered some pipes from suzispares and the radiator bottom pipe is too small and the wrong 'S' shape. Anyone had this issue or know where i can get the correct pipe for a 800 hatch?

The bottom radiator hose is slightly different between Hatch, Alto and MB models, so you've probably been sent the wrong one. As for the lower pipe, no reason you couldn't make one from copper, aluminium or stainless steel.

Is there anywhere I can get the correct one for the hatch because everywhere I go has different looking ones?

take your old one to an exhaust shop and get them to make to one
