Im back and still have no idea

So I have no mechanical mind what so ever, especially when it comes to batteries, I've fixed the fuse here but I feel like something else should be connected to this as the battery is charged but I cannot get power to the lovely boy

There should be 3 wires connected to the battery. An earth strap from the negative terminal that branches to the body and gearbox, and on the positive terminal should be a wire running to the starter motor solenoid, and another fused wire providing power to the ignition/accessories.
