Suzuki Hatch seat belt grabs when trying putting to put on

Hi Jack here my drivers side seat belt grabs when i go to put it on some times it takes me 5 minutes to put the seat belt on it is a bit slow retracting but does retract on enough is enough its driving me crazy.Does qny one know the replacement seat belt number brand for a suzuki hatch i think i might just replace it and scrap the cerrent one any help would be great thanks Jack
