Hi all.
The windshield wipers only seem to work on high and medium speed and do not return to the starting position and low speed does not work at all. does anyone know how to fix this little issue.

Fixed. except for the slowest speed 

Sounds like an issue with the wiring, either an earth or a fault in the combo switch. Testing with a multimeter is my only suggestion.
