Iv just put an F8b into my boy i had a head gasket problem got lazy and let it sit of 6 months, as a result the engine seized with rust. After i unseized it redid the timing and carb it now blows a lot of blue smoke the cylinders didn't look scored but im unsure of the condition of the rings. I there any thing else that would cause it to blow blue smoke?

Dud stem seals or a blocked PCV. If you do a wet/dry compression test you'll be able to figure out whether it is rings or seals.
