Gunked out heatercore

Hey all,
The heater core on my mighty boy is pretty buggered and not flowing very well i have tried flowing water and currently letting Acid eat the Oxide in it. if the acid does not work i am wondering if anyone knows what will fit into the mighty boys fan box and where to find it. or if anyone has a working one in good condition let me know.
