Hi all,

I have acquired an old 800 hatch and the alternator is only putting out 10 volts but luckily i do have a spare mighty-boy alternator. Could you tell me the process of wiring it (bypassing the regulator and such)

The regulator is built into the alternator, so you'd need to split it apart and remove the reg or bypass it with new wiring.

I was hoping to just bypass the old Regulator. has anyone done this before and could give me some insight into it?
