CB50-60 TWIN CAM CONVERSION

HI,
I have a CB50 Detomaso turbo. I was wondering if the CB70-80 GTTI twin cam head will fit on the CB50 block. Also I heard that there is a Daihatsu built twin cam head for the CB50. Is it the same as the GTTI or is it different?
