DEFECTIVE/CORROSION: NEW WAGON R SEAT ASSEMBLY

Hii,
My one year old Wagon R's seat assembly has started corroding in the big way. I have reported this to my dealer/service centre but no one has replied so far. Kindly suggest whom to approach or should i get it replaced at my own cost as the waranty period is over.
Anyone advice me
