Hi just a quick question. my exhaust manifold on my 550 is cracked, I can get one off a 800 not far from where I live. are they the same and will this fit. thank you for any help. cris

G'day rod... the point gap should be 0.4- 0.5mm with the points open if the points are old and you are not replecing them check them with a dwell meter around 60deg +/- 2deg this is because the old points may have a build up and will give you a wider gap remember to check your timing if you adjust y...
