Play in rack end, tie rods, wheel bearings, worn bushes, wheels need balancing. Just have to jack her up and see what you find.

10 hours? I'v personally seen a car wraped in less than 3 hours by one person. Wrapping a car is a hell of alot easier than painting a car. Rust removal on the other hand.

Castor issue. Maybe flat tyres. You cut your subframe up so wouldn't surprise me if it drove like a jacked up patrol.

I get my cars painted for free, any price seems alot. Average for that would be 5k though, rust is a bitch.

Dont use a sniffer, there crap. Only work if the leak is massive. Cylinder leak down teat will tell you everything you need to know.

Compression test? pressure test radiator and check if water is getting in cylinders? Cylinder leak down test?
