Re: Stock as a Rock Intake

Ok, had a look and all I could find is the air filter that has the selector to choose between summer or winter intake. Haven't go the flange that goes around the exhaust manifold, if I did, I probably gave it away when I got rid of the old engine. Let me know if you want it. IMG_0328.jpg Cheers, Trav

Suzuki hatch 800 F8B engine build 70bhp+ on Youtube

Found this on Youtube on the weekend. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4YXFE9yp ... ure=relmfu

Guy in QLD is working an F8B with triple bike carbs to show what you can do in a P plate legal car.

Should be interesting to see how he goes.

Re: K10A for jetboat

Yeah, you can run a Megasquirt on a three cylinder. You can even use it on a one cyliner :)

I'm going to install one on my F8B and use the dizzy and efi from an F6A. Timing from the dizzy and batch for the injectors.

Re: arklan f8c engine swap

Are you going to have electric windows or use the switches for something else?

I always think electric windows on a Mighty Boy are funny. :D

Re: And so it begins

Thanks Brayden, I have looked at the Davies Craig units and it sounds like it will be easy enough to mount. Should get one before I go to far with the radiator mounts. Breyten, I like the idea of wrapping it. The return pipe will run behind the bumper, past the exhaust and up the drivers side of the...

Re: And so it begins

Well, haven't done much on the boy due to just never having the time. Got a mini radiator and now trying to work out some mounting brakets for it. Since I am putting the intercooler in front of it, the radiator will sit back a bit. This brings it close to the clutch lever. I will have to find a slim...
