Compared to what? I have owned 6 matiz's and I think the motors go quite well.
They are quicker than a mightyboy with a f8b.

The Matiz boxes also have 2nd and 3rd gear synchro problem, if they haven't been replaced.

I have a 5 spd all wheel drive box in my shed. I can take photos or measure it.
It is slightly larger the a f5a or f8b gearbox. And has a cable shifter rather than the single rail on the f8b box.
Speedo cable connection is also slightly different. Also different splines on the cv shaft.

The wire from the switch goes to the high beam not low beam. Spotlights are only allowed to be on when the high beam is activated.

Can I ask what you need pics of the gearbox for?
