Scraped all the glue and foam of the roof of my suzuki hatch took 4 hours used a plastic paint scraper and wet it down in sections with turps helped a lot to soften it up. Put sound deadening sheets down and 12 mm cab foam looks a bit like band aids finish same colour perforated vinyl used in trucks...

The K&N E-2570 fits perfectly in hatch 550cc or 800cc air box 5mm taller other wise the same specs still can close 3 catches and do up fine in air cleaner box lasts a million km's so they say washable $50 delivered from england off e bay 10 days to the door real happy with .

I am thinking of pulling my roof liner down half at a time and put some sound deadening sheets down to stop that tinny roof feal has any one done this? In there mighty boy or hatch would it make it a little more sound proof or not worth playing with

I was at a wrecking yard today in lonsdale sa today called U PULL IT a help your self wrecking yard and seen a carby for 800 still on car about $30 give them a buzz they may post it to you

Thanks Brayden that is great to know got a spare set in the shed get them rebuilt when the ones one the car start clicking and wont be of the road then waiting for the other ones to be built.

800cc or 550cc suzuki K&N E-2570 fits fine in the air box same specs 5mm taller

Just bought a K&N high flow air filter for my 800cc suzukhatch and it is about 5mm taller than the stock paper one. but It fits perfectly more power and washable and lasts the life of the car from whybee ltd in england hard to get in Australia about $50 delivered to the door.very happy with it
