If you replace 'tamon.org' with 'teammightyboy.com' in any of the forum links they will work.
I've updated the link above so it points to the right place.
With some minor mods you can use Swift struts with the complete MB hub/knuckle, or switch to the Swift unit. Dealer's choice really.

Re: Boy/hatch side indicators
The gasket is just foam. You can buy replacement foam by the sheet and cut to size - Clark Rubber or ebay.
If you want to buy the whole repeater unit then Suzuki specialists like www.suziworld.com.au and www.4wdpartshop.com.au can sort you out.

Insane conversion. Bonkers! Pretty damn impressive though!
FYI you can upload pics directly to the forum if you don't want them to disappear like the rest.

Re: Feasibility of finding parts in 2020
Nearly all mechanical parts are still available new through SGP (Suzuki Genuine Parts) thanks to Suzuki Maruti in India using F series motors up into the 2000s. That also means there's a decent range of third party spares too. It's body parts, trims and rubbers that are getting very thin on the grou...

Re: removing seat mountings
I've bottom-mounted Sparco seats in my MB and found that the front rail height was perfect once I removed the rear mounting points and lowered them about 40mm. This gave an ideal amount of rake to support my thighs while dropping my arse down enough to provide good headroom. But if you're going to u...

You might struggle to find this info - cam profile specs for F series motors aren't even included in the workshop manual.

That'd be a hoot to drive!
I'm toying with the idea of putting a supercharger on my 2004 Carry. Not sure I can justify a Motec though!

Forum registrations closed
Due to a lack of traffic (and an overwhelming amount of spam registrations) I've decided to disable new member registrations for the moment.
I need some time to figure out the future direction of the website, and spending time deleting spam accounts is distracting me from that work!

You can't get them new, so your best bet is gumtree and facebook (marketplace or the TMB discussion group)

Yes, the suspension and brakes are interchangeable. Brake line brackets on the struts might be slightly different though.

Re: Koni front inserts into a Mighty Boy
Thanks for the write-up mate, and sorry the forum made it difficult to create.
I'm rebuilding the website at the moment, so create a DIY guide out of the info.
Did you write the details straight into the forum, or did you copy/paste it from another document?

TMB merchandise
I'm really excited to be able to share the new series of TMB merchandise with MightyBoy fans. There are several designs available, and you can get them printed on over 60 products - shirts, posters, mugs, clocks... a huge range. Any profit made from sales will be invested back into the website and o...
