The performance is quite nice.

Factory figures say that the F5A Alto will get from 0-100kph in the low-mid 9 second field, or, possibly a bit quicker than a GTi swift.

The car understandably doesn't have a great deal of power far over 100kph.

Just to confirm, yep, my alto is F5A EFi DOHC Turbo and an RS/R.

From what I understand the carby turbo engine was very short lived in 1985. The Works brand came about in 1986 and with it the EFI jiggers.
