Re: Efi conversion issues
You may need to ad an "Ignitor" in the circuit to give the coil enough oomph.

Re: Aarrgghh! more bits needed!
Exactly one port goes to the MAP sensor and the other is blocked off.
It doesnt matter which one.

Re: Aarrgghh! more bits needed!
Sorry I missed this. The gas filter is just like a tee piece really that has 2 manifold pressure take off points. One for the map sensor and the second is a spare just for servicing and checking manifold pressure. I have no idea why it has a filter in it but I dont think that you need it anyway. You...

Re: Aftermarket fuel pressure regulator - Any real gains?
You dont need to remove the stock FPR all you do is fit the new RRFPR in the fuel return line after it. THe stock FPR maxes out and starts to return fuel but as it then goes to the new RRFPR it holds the pressure in line with your setting and compensates for boost. You probably dont really need one ...

Re: upgrading turbo - what size
Stock boost is usualy around 11psi and a standard RHB31 turbo in good condition should get 16psi. The Garrett turbos would have to be souced through a dealer and require some modification for the oil feed line for them and the RHB32FW turbo would be best sourced either from Monaster Sports or Yahoo ...

Re: upgrading turbo - what size
Carter, Again welcome. If you are going for 150hp be prepared to upgrade the bottom end commponents, gearbox and diff as though will not handle that sort of hp. Without spending heaps on those bits you can probaly go to about 110 to 120hp. A suzuki sport rhb31fw should give about 110hp and a garrett...

Re: Alto Works HA22s blown turbo
The Garrett GT1241 wil bolt on but the oil feed line needs to be replace with a different fitings. The problem may be that the Garrett will give a bit more boost and may not be compatible with the fuel map in a standard ecu. Its not that hard to change the seals in a turbo and a lot cheaper so that ...

The service manual for an F6A (cappo) says the following
58-62 Nm or 5.8-6.2 kg-cm

Re: F6A MAP sensor
Heres a pic of the MAP sensor mounted on the firewall behind the manifold. It's vacuum line is connected to the brown plastic fitting on the rear left of the manifold. The fitting has a second connection which is blanked off and usualy only used to check vacuum/boost when servicing. edm418 I have on...

Re: 1994 Suzuki Cappuccino CHEAP OR SWAP $6000.00
I would say that he will be keeping it as anyone in the know with Suzukis has been watching his posts & add and will not bother to deal with him.
He doesnt even know about the cappo web site which has given quite a few of the cappo owners a big laugh.
