Aftermarket fuel pressure regulator - Any real gains?
With Classic Japan being a great day 2 weeks ago, I have found again the desire to do something to the HOLK. Whilst what I really want to do will take me a long time, there are little things I can do on and off over few weeks ends. One of those is the engine bay. As some of you know, the HOLK runs a...

Re: Whhels for the Boy
Gerald, I have been running 165/55/14 for many years with no problems on a 14x6 rim and the car is lowered between 2 and 2.5 inches all round (and engineered). However I have an offset of +38. The wheels I had this past week end were 6.5 at rear with 165.55.13. A small stretch but nothing excessive.

Gerald,
I think everyone on the forum will be interested and anxious to see how it goes. Please document as much as you can of the progress, if you can with pics.

Re: Swaybar nolathane bush
There must be different grades of polyurethane, because I have some nolathane on another car and they are much more elastic (even just to the touch) than the standard polyurethane (however I don't recall the brand of the original).

Re: Swaybar nolathane bush
Yes, I have the codes for polytuff and whiteline, but I was wondering if there were nolathane equivalents. Looks like I have to settle for one of the first two.

Swaybar nolathane bush
Does anyone knows if Nolathane produces a compatible sway bar bush? They don't have one listed for MBs (even searching by size), but has anyone found one that fits?
Nolathane are better than regular rubber and once I need to replace them, if there is a better option, why not?

No idea on the rims, but what size rubber is that? The profile looks extreme.

Re: Gauge problems
Hey Kermitthecar,
Nice colour
I had the same issue with the petrol sender unit and it was disconnected underneath the parcel tray, inside the car (from memory there is bullet plug).

Re: [Victoria, AU] Classic Japan 2013 - Sunday 1st December
I was thinking closer to Toorak Rd (the road is wider). If we were going to be there at 7.30, we could group with anyone else not coming through Burwood and leave at 8.00

Re: [Victoria, AU] Classic Japan 2013 - Sunday 1st December
If you guys come down Toorak Rd from Burwood, I would suggest turning right into St Georges Rd, group up there (I can meet you there - plenty of parking on Sunday morning) and driving down to Como Park (at the end of St Georges Rd).
