I just bought a Autotecnica boss kit (323) from Repco and it doesnt fit.

Am i doing somthing wrong or is it just not the right boss kit????

They bloody said it was a 98% chance of fitting.

Can i do anything to make it fit or is their another one i should get???

try 322 if it does not fit i say ha ha! i got same prob but i got a hatch and my problem was there was not enough thread to get the nut on proper because the bit behind the spline on the boss was not large enough in diameter to fit my steering shaft so i measured the diameter of the non threaded part of my steering shaft and got a drill bit to suit and drilled out my boss kit to suit. also if you have to do this you have to chop down the indicator returns(long roll pins) on the boss kit. i did this to mine and she fits a treat now :) :) :D although i think a go kart steering wheel(illegal) would be better suited than any you can buy the smallest you can buy is only around an inch smaller. i got 340mm and it still feels huge in the car :(
