Well its actually a Bosch Heavy Duty Unit which is a good brand.

I wanted to smooth out my headers.

The dremel part is true, I've gone through two of the bastards doing lightweight stuff.

The port polishing is also true. Fuel sticks to a smooth surface and does not atomise. Porting is great, but polishing ports is a waste of time.

as a rule you port the inlet but you dont polish it
and you port and polish the exhaust ports so the exhaust gasses have less resistance whilst traveling through the port then you port match the extractors using the gasket as a template so you dont have any steps to slow down the flow....simple

just got a lil question of curiousity, do you have to compress a mightyboy engine when you turbo it? cuz there was a few sparks falling out of the lil f6a mightyboy in livo, sorry i didnt mention that to ya on the night man i was a little drunk.
