Could someone please give me some specs and general info on the F6A Turbo engine. Also what would need to be done in a F6A conversion and what kinda cash am I up for?
What are stock boost levels? and can these be changed with ease?
Cheers guys.
F6A questions
*sigh*
I am going to spend some time collating all the info on the forum into a guide for the F6A install into an MB - simply because this question is asked so many times and nobody could be bothered to use the "search" function.
But in the meantime, have a read of these threads:

Enjoy!
The quick answer to your question on power is that the F6A has an ECU regulated output of 47kw. Boost levels can be changed with a simple controller, up to the point of fuel cut or engine explosion.

You mean the Mira etc...
Because all the Kei class cars were limited to 47kW...
But things did change through the years, here's a link that shows what changes they made to the Kei class specs through the years.

Kei limits did increase over the years, but yes, all the 80's/90's F series engines are ECU limited to 47kw.
