Be confident not cocky! Keep your hands at 10 and 2, don't look at the gear knob, stay just under the speed limit but not too far under (i had a mate fail cause he went too slow ) try and make friends with the person that is taking you on the test.
the driving part i dont really hav a problem with as i have bin driving for a couple years around the farm, its the road rules and stuff like unmarked intersections. and remembering shoulder checks.
(i get to do my test in a wrx sti turbo. pity i cant use the turbo tho )

The testers aren't allowed to trick you in any way, so unmarked intersections should be fine... If its an unbroken line, stop, if its a broken line give way to the person right of you. At stop signs stop for a count of three, don't just pause. Head check basically whenever you indicate but also remember to use all of you mirrors constantly!
But really, if you can't obey the road rules already, the road isn't the best place for you! I certainly feel less safe knowing that you don't have much road rules practice but heaps of driving hours!
i got mine yesty just relax !! the only thing i got marked slighty down for was hesitating too long at an intersection cause i was looking the other way to my marker n by the time i looked over i didnt think it was a very good idea manual and all i didnt wanna show her racing starts
qld also doesnt have al thos limits and restrictions.
i got my p's yesterday and i can go and drive a 400hp v8 if i want. full of my mates at whateva time to. also dont need p plates.
