There was some other thread that uncovered a heap of musical talent amongst the MB ranks. I was quite surprised by the number of musical owners.
I play guitar (badly) and sing, and Josh is in a wikkid band called Cool Weapon. I know that eDave is a master on classical guitar, and from memory I think gazuga has a musical talent as well.
i guess its just hard trying to find the right ppl to jam with.
a guy from tremor wreck chords wants me to meet up with him to see what we can come up with so that might be intresting. hes got his own studio as well as label.
I play drums, bass, sorta guitar, sing, throat and clarinet (well, i haven't for a few years). I'm in a "school performing band", basically we are just doing it for assessment, but we have a few originals down and might start gigging soon.
I play MOST of them well, guitar I'm no hero at, i can play a lil. I prefer drums and singing the most.
Brett, my Siggy says it all......was big time in the late 60's / 70's / 80's and 90's.....still got a P.A. and Fold Back system.... some lights and special effects, and just got a new electronic kit that sounds awesome Amplified, ( 500 Watt Double 15" and Horn Wedges. )
Haven't played for 10 years apart from in music shops and now I'm rehearsing with some CD's from my collection.
Just thought I'd add......if you've heard of " The Veronicas " their Dad ( Joseph ) was my Keyboard player for more than 20 years and Jess and Lisa used to perform with my Son and Daughter at the Fame Talent Agency before they became the Veronicas.
Yo coinslot....nice looking rig, is your Vox a class A Valve amp or Transistor or maybe Hybrid with a 12ax7 valve in the preamp and solid state power amp.
Either way, a nice looking rig.
Are you playing in a Band or just Jamming to CD's.
