Although it's a fairly indirect sort of confirmation, I'm almost sure the motor is an F5A. He's using the wiring and computer from 'Kei's' old '87 RSR to run it (the one with the motor that had a rattly gudgeon pin). I'd doubt that a F5A computer would run an F5B - the '86/'87 RS Altos used a *very* basic engine management design - the '88/'89 models look considerably more advanced.fritz wrote: Also, it'd be good if Springa could confirm the exact type of his motor...![]()
