This is probably one for Brayden to answer.
I am looking to upgrade the fuel injectors in my Cappuccino.
The standard ones are 225cc and I need to upgrade to about 280-300cc injectors.
They must be the high impedance type.
What size injectors are in other Suzuki motors that may suit?
Fuel Injectors
Yeah good question! I'm going to look at upgrading my injectors too, so I'll let you know what I find out.
F8B EFI turbo - Three pots and a snail.
How much boost are you running?

Sorry Brayden I missed ypur post.
At present I am running about 12 PSI just for around town but @ 16 PSI the standard injectors are maxing out.
I plan to up the boost a bit more shortly so need to start upgrading a couple of things like injectors.

Thanks for the info. I asked because I had a problem maxing out my injectors on 7 PSI and it turned out to have two causes:
- Lack of fuel pressure
- Lack of electrical power
Turns out the stock reg was only holding around 25 PSI, and a wiring fault meant voltage was low. I was hitting 100% duty cycle at about 3000RPM!
Anyway, the other thing to consider is an aftermarket fuel reg (I recommend SARD) and wind up the base pressure. That will prevent your injectors maxing out for a while, but if you plan to run 16PSI regularly then I would go for larger injectors.
Out of curiousity, what turbo are you running to hold 16PSI? I plan on putting that through my motor but I know the little RHB31 will struggle!

Interesting! Do either of you have the complete model number for the Cappa turbo? If it is the same as the one I am using then I will be very happy!
