Hi! New to Tamon, got onto it from Brayden's Mighty boy and Pimp Van!!
I am really after a Carry or a van.
I have a 1985 Suzuki swift that is in fantastic condition BUT I think the engine has seized.
It has been sitting at my uncles for about a year now and I was'nt going to bother with it and get a Mk1 G13b in it and make the ultimate sleeper.
I'm not too sure how much to ask for but not too much I dare say!
Sort of hoping I get some offers!
I have no access to the car atm for pics but will get them next week.
cheers!

Is this vehicle currently powered by the three cyl G10a? & is the cause of seizure known? (rebuild possibility)I was'nt going to bother with it and get a Mk1 G13b in it and make the ultimate sleeper.
So many delays to getting my MB back in order with 993cc & 5 speed transaxle... neighbor issue gone, donor shell up on rotisserie, new sheds on the way.... another project also..
From memory the guy I brought it off saild his daughter ran it dry! No oil or coolant and it packed up one day and they never fixed it, rather sold it to me!
It is the same sort of shape as the Mk1 but seems smaller? thats sounds retarted! it has a different hatch, its sort of rounder?
Yeah its a 3cyl.

If the engine is re-buildable & you are not too far from me (economical relocation of vehicle) I would be interested.
This car appears smaller than you are remembering because the 3 cyl. versions were all 3 doors - the 1300cc 4 cyl., 5 door version was released a little later & was also sold as Holden's first Barina. The "rounder" appearance is due to the body being shorter than the 5 door.
I will have to talk to Derek @ Suzisport on chances for successful rebuild considering it has been seized.

Oh well, I will have to bow out. The cheapest relocation Melbourne to Sunshine Coast is $800.00 per car & I would expect just over $1000.00 to rebuild the motor.
