Have got the chance to pick up a reasonably priced KC Technica frontpipe and decat for my Alto Works, which I'd pair with an aftermarket muffler at the back. But I'm wondering how much of a benefit I would get from the frontpipe. The stock frontpipe looks fairly straight but I'm not sure how big a restriction the cat makes.
Can anyone who's made this modification comment about the difference, if any, it made to their car? Would appreciate anything from people who've carried it out

You'd be lucky to find anyone on here who has done the mod, as our Suzuki's don't have catalytic converters.
I know that changing from a standard cat to a high-flow metal cat only makes a marginal difference in performance, and changing the front pipe would only help if it was a separated design.
