Those may help for a start.

I doubt you'll have much luck sourcing a FWD gearbox. No doubt that there is one around somewhere, but finding it will prove difficult.

Driveshafts are different between the MB and whatever import front cut you try and use, so you need to have a set grafted or fabricated.

i was under the impression that you could just put a blanking plate on the rear drive part of the awd box and only use the fwd part, i don't know really i am just going off what i have read somewhere here... correct me if i am wrong

When I wanted to fit the F6A into my Mightyboy I found no one was interested in offering advise.or help,as they didnt want others to have the same superior setup.
I,m not so mean and am willing to help out member who want to make the upgrade.
Yes the AWD box works fine , the whole conversion is relatively simple.
The chassis rails need to be massaged a little with a big hammer and a front engine mount has to be constructed. I transplanted the dash ,wiring loom and engine from the Alto front cut, this made the conversion an easy task.
The only part I didnt use from the front cut was the power steering unit , I thought it was a bit of overkill and stuck with the original system.
should any member wish to contact me in regard to this conversion please feel free to email me personally or post a question here for all to read.

I definately don't think that would have happened here. :?

hey skullos i added u to msn (if u got it>>)
um with the awd box, as i have limit techincal knowledge of them, doesnt it split the power so u onli get like 40% going to the front wheels, and the other 60% will be wasted not driving anything.....
also what box r u running, which alto front cut do u have, i got the round headlight one with the sohc f6a, i wouldnt have a clue what year it is but yeah.....
does the dash bolt up or do u need to mount it up urself?
oh and also, my MB is auto at the moment, now i was having a look at my front cut (manual) and i noticed they used cables instead of a gear linkage..... can i use this or do i need a manual MB gear linkage or what?
also is the pedal box the same or do i need to find a manual MB pedal box?
