Shit. Sorry I misread your initial post! Sounds like you're doing the same thing as me. I'm using a Charade carby with an IHI-RHB31 watercooled turbo.

what sort of fuel regulater/fuel system are you using...i want to use the charade/cb61 reg because it has boost/vacuum dohicky, and i thought that a malpassi wouldnt work the best...suggestions

If I end up running 7-8 PSI then I will use the standard Charade reg, however that is the maximum flow rate they will accommodate. Any larger will require some form of rising rate regulator.

I said IF! I have the equipment to run as hard as the turbo will spool, but I'm not set on decompressing the motor.

i have a set of high compression suzuki pistons, pins, conrod set... for f5a

will make the turbo spool quicker

standard cb61 turbo's start blowing hot air at about 15psi, when i had my charade i was runing between 10-14 pound and the reg handled it

And as I understand it Colin, the warranty on that brand new turbocharger of yours is void and you've been told not to expect more than 12 months from it...

Or does anyone know the exhaust manifold suzuki-part number of the F5A turbo SOHC engine?

Turbo and manifold are at the exhaust shop having a dump pipe made, but I am picking them up tomorrow and will have a look then.
