Hey brayden have you managed to put up the summernats boy's yet?? keen to see them as i was stuck in sydney for the weekend.

They probably are on the conservative side, most sites & engine builders try & claim a little less than the max possible. Anyway, it's possible the VE & comp eff are higher at say 80 or 85%, which make a big diff to power at the end of the day.Brayden wrote:I think your figures might be a bit off. 93hp at the fly from 20PSI is pretty low!
Colin made about 70hp ATW with his F8B carby turbo @ 16PSI, no intercooler. eDave pulled the same-ish figure out of a SOHC F6A @ 14PSI running a Haltec.
Anyway, I'll have a benchmark when I dyno the ute soon.
