i said a couple months back when someone on here mentioned these that i was looking for one.....

and i was serious!!!!!

its my graduation present to myself :D

@ only 5500rpm per gear with no burnout and no launch and on cheap $120 per corner rubber(also waited for the green so my reaction time was +1sec) i did a 12.81 @ 174.6km/hr down the 1/4mile, considering the rev limiter kicks in at 9000rpm-ish giving it full stick i reccon it could be good for low 11s

just shoot me your email address and i can send u a vid of the 13sec pass i did the other night. it was so effort-less. there is no stress on the car at all, it was not moving around on the track or anything, just looks like im cruzing down the 1/4, it actually looks like a slow run till the time appears.....

email sending now hewball!!

ive just found a guy that is in the process of trying to become the national importer/rep for the z-cars mob from the UK,

for those of u that dont know zcars they r the guys that make the kits that put a busa turbo motor(or a R1 or a honda civic motor) in the back of the old minis, google zcars and u can c what i mean...

anyway will meet with him in a couple weeks and discuss details, cos if he can get an engineer to sign off on that conversion on a regular basis(which he will need so he can start the business and keep selling them) it would not be that much of a stretch to get a mid motor RWD mighty boy based on the same kit and engineering. i say this cos the final car requires the removal of the whole rear end of the car (suspension, back internal bodywork/inner guards and all) and repacement with the frame/kit. and as far as i can see the mini or mighty boy is just a shell being used so i cant see why it would matter which one is used....

just a thought..... would be cool

Hey i think the other drivers are having pity in you trying  so they let you win. then who is really having the last laugh, i used to do it all the time in my 1.8ltr swift against hyundais and stuff they would be like chopping their fingers out the window at you and your just sitting back laughing you ass off. ha ha

funny read though, i needed the laugh

hey ferdie i love the beast, never seen one with series 6 conversion my mate had one and it was just 13b carb, damn it went quick i would love to have a ride in yours it would be scary quick :)
